    • Enthusiastic candidate who value team effort.
    • Should be efficient in MS Office, MS word etc.
    • Good Broker and Clientage data.
  • Roles & Responsibilities:
    • Making Sales Strategies according to Project’s Local Market.
    • Execute those sales policies and strategies effectively.
    • Lead and motivate the team to achieve targets along with proper reporting and decorum.
    • Must have skill to enrich client relationships.
    • Will be responsible to create comprehensive sale network-Associates Joining.
    • Analyze Local market trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
    • Collaborate with other departments to maximize sales efforts.
    • Prepare and present sales reports to senior management.
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and RERA/Govt Bodies ‘s  regulations.

  • Will Report to: Higher management
  • Work Experience: At least 5 to 7 Years, in Real Estate.
  • Educational Qualification: Masters
  • Remuneration: Basic+Target-based (Self, Team & Associate)
  • Other qualification:
    • Should be experienced in working under target oriented working.
    • Candidate with their self-team will be preferred.
